Michael Winner
Michael Winner was a prolific British filmmaker, known for his often violent thrillers, action movies, and dark comedies made from the 1960s through the 1980s. He frequently collaborated with actor Charles Bronson, and Winner is best known for his film Death Wish (1974) starring Bronson as a vigilante seeking vengeance for his family's brutal assault. Winner also directed Bronson in the enjoyable sequels Death Wish 2 (1982) and Death Wish 3 (1985).
