Joan Bennett
Joan Bennett was a luminous presence in Hollywood during the golden age of cinema, captivating audiences with her stunning beauty and magnetic onscreen performances. Over the course of her career, Bennett appeared in over 70 movies from the silent era to sound films, ranging from romantic comedies to film noir. Her collaborations with legendary director Fritz Lang included the classic film noirs The Woman in the Window (1944) and Scarlet Street (1945). She continued to star in films into the 1950s, along with appearing on popular television shows. Her final film role was in Dario Argento's cult Italian horror film Suspiria (1977).
