Dr. Phibes Rises Again! is a 1972 British horror film. It is the sequel to The Abominable Dr. Phibes (1971), and stars Vincent Price as Dr. Anton Phibes. Opinion on this film is divided, but it is generally considered as good as the first Phibes outing. It has developed a cult following over the years, as has the first film.
